人工智能下管理理论的新思考
New Reflections on Management Theories in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence in the 21st century is playing a role in reshap-ing the entire society.In addition to the improvement of production efficiency and precise optimization of decision-making,it also raises new social ethical and management issues.Exploring how to adapt to the sustainable development of human civilization in the era of artificial intelligence is an important proposition of management theory.This paper focuses on the evolution and development trend of China's management mode under the technological change,and puts forward new thinking on the influ-ence of the era of artificial intelligence from the perspective of culture and civilization.This paper re-views the development history of the management model since the founding of People's Republic of China,and summarizes the characteristics of the management model from the two dimensions of the research method of the management model and the evolution of the assumption of human nature.In terms of the challenges brought by artificial intelligence to Chinese management,it puts forward a per-spective based on the assumption of"subject person"and the integration of Oriental wisdom and the commonality of human civilization.Promote mutual understanding and integration between different cultures and contribute to the theoretical thinking of Oriental wisdom.关键词
