Abstract

The plane distribution of flow units is an intuitive manifestation of reservoir plane heterogeneity.In order to deepen the understanding of reservoir heterogeneity,taking Y well area in Ordos Basin as an example,the study of flow units in Yan 8 reservoir in the study area was carried out.In this paper,the method of flow zone index division is adopted,and the parameters such as porosity,permeability,reservoir quality coefficient RQI and flow zone index FZI are selected to divide the quantitative flow units of Yan 81 and Yan 82 sublayers.The results show that:(1)The flow units in Yan 81 and Yan 82 sub-layers are all divided into Class Ⅰ,Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ,and Class I has the largest porosity and permeability,and the best reservoir and permeability.The porosity and permeability of Class Ⅱ flow unit are larger,and the reservoir property and permeability are better.The porosity and permeability of Class Ⅲ flow unit are the smallest,and the reservoir property and permeability are the worst.(2)In the plane distribution of the study area,Class Ⅰ is in the form of stars,Class Ⅱ is in the form of strips,and Class Ⅲ is in the form of sheets.(3)Bayesian discriminant function is used to verify the division results,and the positive judgment rates of the flow units in Yan 81 and Yan 82 are 98.5%and 92.8%respectively.
