长白山地区不同植物对美国白蛾取食量及酶活性的影响
Effects of different plants in Changbai Mountain area on feeding amount and enzyme activity of Hyphantria cunea
摘要
Abstract
To study feeding habits of Hyphantria cunea against plants in Changbai Mountain area, feeding amount of H.cunea larvae to 12 widely distributed plants, the contents of nutrients and secondary substances in plant leaves, number and length of leaf pubescence was measured, and their correlation were analyzed,as well as the activity changes of various protective enzymes and detoxification enzymes in H.cunea larvae after feeding on six plant species were analyzed. The results showed that feeding amount of larvae on different plants varied greatly. The daily feeding amount of H.cunea larvae on Juglans mandshurica was the largest, which was 0.882 g,and daily feeding amount on Crataegus pinnatifida var.major was the least, which was 0.127 g;the content of soluble protein was the highest with 14.4 mg/g in J.mandshurica, and content of soluble sugar was the highest with 9.4 mg/g in Euonymus alatus.Feeding amount of the larvae was positively correlated with the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves, negatively correlated with leaf-surface wax content,as well as the tannin content in leaves. There was no correlation between feeding amount and length of leaf pubescence of different plants, and feeding amount had a weakly positive correlation with number of leaf pubescence;the activity of POD,SOD,GSTs and AChE was significantly different after feeding on leaves to adapt to host plants.J.mandshurica and E.alatus should be the key targets for monitoring in Changbai Mountain area.关键词
