摘要

Abstract

In response to the difficulties of regulating the output of coal-fired power plants caused by the large-scale integration of wind power and photovoltaic power,as well as the serious problem of wind and solar power curtailment,a hierarchical optimized scheduling strategy is proposed for the combined system of wind power,photovoltaic power,and thermal power with energy storage.Firstly,the energy storage state of charge(SOC)and load interval is considered,and the working area of peak regulation is divided.Secondly,a peak regulation power control strategy is introduced into the upper-level model,and the charging and discharging power control models in which the energy storage participates in peak regulation are constructed under six modes which are established by different load intervals and energy storage SOC combinations,so as to coordinate the energy storage to perform output with different charge and discharge power.Then,the hierarchical optimization scheduling models for optimizing the output of coal-fired power plants are established,with the upper-level objective of minimizing the net load variance and the lower-level objective of minimizing the system operating cost,and adding the peak regulation power control strategy into upper-level model to control the output of energy storage.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed models and strategy is analyzed through a comparative analysis of the IEEE-30 node system.The simulation results show that,compared with the single-layer optimization model,the hierarchical models with peak regulation power control strategy can effectively reduce the curtailment of wind and solar power and improve system stability.
