Development of H-ADCP online flow monitoring information integration system

Abstract
In response to the issue that the H-ADCP online flow monitoring stations at Baise Hydrological Center were originally constructed by two separate companies,leading to incompatibility between the water level,flow rate,and other monitoring data,this study developed the H-ADCP online flow monitoring information integration system to facilitate hydrological intelligence and forecasting work.The information integration system customized the H-ADCP hydro-regime data table ST_ADCP_R,independently set up an information receiving and processing server,adjusted the idle communication channel of one type of online flow monitoring station,sent monitoring information to the information receiving server for reception and processing,and stored the data in ST_ADCP_R.Another type of online flow monitoring station developed a corresponding data import program to import real-time data into ST_ADCP_R.The system also developed software for online information reception,hydro-regime information storage,query,and analysis to achieve comprehensive query and analysis of all online flow monitoring information.The operational practice of the information integration system over more than a year has proven that the system has good stability and can significantly enhance the flood control and drought resistance capabilities of Baise hydro-regime services.关键词
