Abstract

The mussels attached to the long-distance water tunnel wall may die and decay due to the maintenance drainage and release a lot of harmful gases,which seriously threatens the maintenance safety.However,the exist-ing researches on ventilation safety of underground engineering focus on the comparison and selection of ventilation schemes considering ventilation effect,which is difficult to obtain the global optimal scheme that balance ventilation effect and ventilation cost,and the influence of harmful gases from mussel decay is ignored.Moreover,the multi-objective optimization method based on Pareto optimality(PO)requires the secondary selection of the non-domina-ted solution set combined with multi-criteria decision method to obtain the optimal solution,which leads to the re-duction of optimization efficiency.To solve these problems,a fuzzy logic multi-objective optimization method for maintenance ventilation scheme of long-distance water tunnel considering the effect of mussel decay is proposed.First,the fuzzy membership functions are combined to transform multiple optimization objectives into the same con-tinuous domain space,the unified optimization index is synthesized,and a multi-objective optimization mathemat-ical model based on Fuzzy logic(FL)is constructed for global optimization.Then the improved sand cat swarm op-timization(ISCSO),based on chaotic mapping and optimal neighborhood disturbance strategy,is used to solve the mathematical model to avoid the secondary selection and improve the optimization efficiency.Performance test and case study show that the proposed ISCSO-FL method has advantages in solution quality,solution robustness and computational complexity.The optimal scheme obtained by ISCSO-FL method can meet the ventilation safety re-quirements,the ventilation cost is reduced by 21.9%compared with the initial scheme,and the optimization effi-ciency is increased by 68.1%compared with the multi-objective optimization method based on PO.This study can provide a new idea for the ventilation scheme design and optimization of underground engineering.
