益肾通络方对肾虚络阻型少弱精子症模型大鼠的药效学研究
Pharmacodynamic study of Yishen Tongluo Formula(益肾通络方)on the model rats of oli-goasthenozoospermia with kidney deficiency and collateral obstruction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Yishen Tongluo Formula(益肾通络方,YSTLF)in treating oligoasthe-nozoospermia(OAS)with kidney deficiency and collateral obstruction.Methods Seventy two SD male rats were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,low/medium/high-dose YSTLF groups,and Western medicine group.The OAS model was established using tripterygium glycosides tablets combined with epinephrine hydrochloride and an ice-water bath.Rats in YSTLF groups were ga-vaged with YSTLF suspension at 0.522g/ml,1.044g/ml,2.088g/ml,respectively,and rats in the Western medicine group were treated with 18mg/ml levocarnitine suspension.Blood,testicular,and epididymal tissues were collected to evaluate the sperm quality,coagula-tion function,and testicular pathological changes.Results Compared with the model group,all YSTLF groups showed symptomtic allevia-tion.The high-dose YSTLF group exhibited higher body weight and weight gain than those in the model group(P<0.05).Epididymal weight was increased in all YSTLF groups(P<0.05),with elevated epididymal coefficients in the high-dose group(P<0.01).Sperm motility was improved in the medium/high-dose YSTLF groups(P<0.05),and sperm concentration was increased in the high-dose group(P<0.01).Prothrombin time(PT)was prolonged(P<0.001)and fibrinogen(FIB)was decreased(P<0.05)in all YSTLF groups,while thrombin time(TT)was extended in the medium/high-dose YSTLF groups(P<0.05).The medium-dose YS-TLF group showed increased FSH,LH,and inhibin-B levels(P<0.05),while all YSTLF groups exhibited elevated PRL and testos-terone levels(P<0.01).YSTLF ameliorated testicular histopathological injury and reduced microvascular stasis.Conclusion YSTLF ef-fectively alleviates symptoms and improves related indicators in OAS rats with kidney deficiency and collateral obstruction,demonstrating good safety and providing a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
