Construction Technology of Complex Curve Steel Box Girder Jacking
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the characteristicsof small radius,large longitudinal slope,complex curve of the steel box girder of Macao Bridge,B ramp BA 8~BP 7 crawler crane+section bracket method erection first,BP7~BP1 multi-point synchronous curve pushing construction scheme.According to the needs of jacking,temporary support,steel guide beam,temporary connection,steel box girder section factory prefabrication,ship to the site,after using gantry crane lifting to the assembly platform welding into the whole section jacking;jacking construc-tion,through flat curve and vertical curve simulation,reduce the construction correction,3D numerical simu-lation and whole process simulation analysis with intelligent jacking control system,forecast correction mea-sures in advance,reasonably control the jacking force,effectively ensure the linear shape and construction safety.关键词
