蛭石/丁腈橡胶复合材料的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and performance study of vermiculite/nitrile butadiene rubber composites

Abstract
Based on domestical and international research progress of vermiculite and rubber composites,vermiculite was modified using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and then utilized as an additive to prepare vermiculite/nitrile rubber composites in this study.The impact of modified and unmodified vermiculite on the UV resistance and flame retardancy properties of the rubber was investigated.The research indicated that when the addition of modified vermiculite was 6%,the limiting oxygen index of the vermiculite/nitrile rubber composites increased by 3.3%,the maximum absorbance in the UV region reached 1.41,and the thermal conductivity decreased by three times.The experimental results demonstrated that vermiculite/nitrile rubber composites could enhance flame retardancy,thermal conductivity,and UV resistance,thereby promoting the application of vermiculite and rubber.关键词
