粉煤灰-矿渣基地聚物砂浆工作性能及早期强度试验研究
Working performance and early strength test of fly ash-slag base polymer mortar research

Abstract
In order to study the working performance and early strength characteristics of fly ash-slag-based polymer mortar,experimental studies were carried out on the flow degree,setting time and early(3 d,7 d,14 d,28 d)compressive and flexural strengths of ground polymer mortar under different ash-slag ratio,water to binder ratio and water glass moduli.The test results show that when the slag admixture ratio is changed,the workability and early strength of the geopolymer mortar increase with the increase of the slag admixture ratio.With the increase of the modulus of the water glass,the fluidity of the geopolymer mortar increases,the setting time is prolonged,and the compressive strength and flexural strength decrease.When the water-binder ratio increases,the fluidity of the geopolymer mortar increases,the setting time is prolonged,and the compressive strength and flexural strength decrease.According to comprehensive analysis,when the ratio of silica aluminate raw materials is 30%,the water glass modulus is 1.3,and the water-to-binder ratio is 0.35.Under these conditions,the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength reach 73.13 MPa and 7.26 MPa,respectively.关键词
