新型职业农民技能培训参与意愿及影响因素分析
Analysis of the willingness to participate in skills training of new professional farmers and its influencing factors:take the First Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as an example

Abstract
Nurturing local new-type professional farmers is one of the important endogenous driving forces for achieving rural talent revitalization.Based on the extended Technology Acceptance Theory,This study utilizes micro-surveys and employs an ordered Probit model to examine the willingness and its influencing factors to participate in skill training among new-type professional farmers in the First Division of the Xinjiang production and construction corps.The results show:1)Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived extension all have a significant influencing impact on the willingness of new-type professional farmers to participate in training.Gender,education level,and annual family income significantly enhance the willingness of professional farmers to engage in skill training,while age,training entity,training time,training cycle,training location,and training method significantly inhibit the willingness of professional farmers to participate in skill training;2)Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived extension can all increase the probability of new-type professional farmers being"very willing"to participate in training,with the marginal effect of perceived extension on the willingness to participate being overall greater than that of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use;3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that perceived usefulness has a stronger influence on the willingness of the older generation of new-type professional farmers to participate in training,while perceived knowledge mastery and perceived non-agricultural employment have a stronger impact on the willingness of the younger generation to participate;compared to professional farmers with a high education level,perceived time-saving,perceived knowledge mastery,and perceived non-agricultural employment have a stronger influence on the willingness of new-type professional farmers with a low education level to participate in training.In summary,it is recommended that the government and relevant training should strengthen the supervision of training order and effectiveness publicity,at the same time training content is enriched"personalized"choices are diversed training participants,so as to promote the construction of the new-type professional farmer team.关键词
