摘要

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of mining technology,the demand for intelligent mineral sorting equipment is growing.This paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance system and method for optical sorting equipment in mineral processing,based on the theory of equipment tree management.The method integrates operational data,maintenance process data,diagnostic re-sults,and maintenance knowledge of the optical sorting equipment to construct a unified digital equipment model,along with fault di-agnosis and predictive maintenance methods.This approach fulfills basic functional requirements such as equipment monitoring,intel-ligent early warning,and fault diagnosis,while providing strong technical support for equipment status assessment,intelligent deci-sion-making,and economic operation optimization.The model not only elevates the level of intelligent operation and maintenance for the equipment,minimizing human intervention,but also offers robust support for the efficient operation and intelligent management of mineral sorting equipment.It lays a solid foundation for the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of mining enterprises.
