Uncertainty Control of Ore Photoelectric Sorting Spray Process Based on Kal-man Filter and Monte Carlo Simulation
摘要
Abstract
Photoelectric sorting technology is widely used in modern mining operations,effectively improving ore selection grade and re-ducing processing costs.However,in practical applications,photoelectric sorting equipment is often affected by uncertainties such as belt speed fluctuations,communication delays,and the random movement of ore,leading to reduced sorting accuracy.To address this issue,this paper proposes a blow control method based on Kalman filtering.By dynamically estimating the belt speed and ore position and using Monte Carlo method to simulate system uncertainties,this approach effectively reduces sorting errors caused by belt speed fluctuations and communication delays.Simulation results show that Kalman filter-based blow control method improves sorting accura-cy by approximately 10%compared to the fixed time delay method,and blow timing delays are effectively controlled.This method pro-vides a new intelligent control solution for optical sorting equipment,with broad application prospects and significant practical value.关键词
