面向智能光电分选的检测与决策方法研究
Detection and Decision Methods for Intelligent Photoelectric Ore Sorting
摘要
Abstract
Ore sorting technology is a crucial method in the mining industry,used to separate ore based on physical,chemical,or miner-alogical properties,effectively enhancing processing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.Particularly,pre-concentration tech-niques,such as waste rejection,can remove waste rock or low-grade ore at an early stage,significantly improving the ore grade for sub-sequent processing and increasing economic benefits.With declining ore grades and increasing environmental protection requirements,the application of ore sorting technology is becoming more widespread,especially in improving production efficiency and reducing envi-ronmental impacts.This paper first reviews commonly used ore sorting technologies domestically and internationally,focusing on sen-sor-based sorting methods such as optical sorting,X-ray fluorescence(XRF)sorting,and near-infrared sorting.Secondly,it analyzes the specific impacts of these sorting technologies on ore grade improvement,resource conservation,and process efficiency optimization,sys-tematically discussing the applicability of different technologies and the factors affecting sorting performance.Finally,the paper sum-marizes the future development trends and challenges of ore sorting technology,providing a reference for promoting the intelligent and green development of mining enterprises.关键词
