铼含量对钨铼合金摩擦磨损性能的影响
Friction and Wear Properties of Tungsten-Rhenium Alloys with Different Rhenium Contents

Abstract
Tungsten-rhenium(W-Re)alloys are the preferred tool materials for friction stir welding of high-melting-point alloys such as ti-tanium and stainless steel.This article focuses on W-7Re and W-25Re alloys prepared via powder metallurgy,examining the influence of Re content on microstructure and friction-wear properties of W-Re alloys.The results reveal that an increase in Re content notably refines the grain size of W-Re alloys and enhances their wear resistance in both high and low-temperature environments.The primary wear mech-anisms of W-Re alloys may primarily involve oxidation and adhesive wear,while it may mainly be abrasive wear at room temperature.关键词
