Abstract
During the design process of wind turbine blades,serrations are typically installed at the trailing edge to reduce aerodynamic noise.This paper investigates the effects of serrated trailing edge airfoil parameters on blade aerodynamic performance by selecting five serration sizes,and analyzes the influence of serrated trailing edges on blade aerodynamic force fluctuation characteristics.The research results show that:1)Compared to blades with smooth airfoils,blades with serrated trailing edge airfoils have significantly improved lift and drag coefficients,and serrated trailing edge airfoil blade with the longest serrated tooth height have the most significant lift coefficient improvement effect.2)Compared with smooth airfoil blades,serrated trailing edge airfoil blades have significantly reduced fluctuations in lift coefficient at different angles of attack,and serrated trailing edge airfoil blades with moderate tooth length have the smallest fluctuations in lift coefficient,indicating that they have the best control effect on fluctuations caused by aerodynamic changes.In summary,compared to blades with smooth airfoils,the serrated trailing edge airfoil can effectively reduce the fluctuations caused by aerodynamic changes in the blades,which helps to reduce the fatigue load on the blades and extend their service life.关键词
