Abstract

In response to the difficulty of supporting the inclined roof of a right angled trapezoidal road-way after deformation and failure,an equivalent mechanical calculation model for the inclined roof was constructed considering the combined effects of vertical formation pressure and horizontal lateral pres-sure.The position of the maximum deflection section of the inclined rock beam was determined,the shape and maximum height of the irregular arch on the inclined roof were discussed,and the"arch beam"anchoring bearing structure of the inclined roof was constructed,and the anchor rod(cable)sup-port parameters for the inclined roof of the right angled trapezoidal airway in the 130205 working face of Yangchangwan Mine were optimized.The results indicate that:The maximum deflection section of the inclined roof rock beam is not on the centerline of the tunnel,but within the range of 0.5l0~0.6l0 deviating from the high side.The maximum deflection section of the inclined rock beam has different ir-regular arch shapes on both sides,and the maximum height of the irregular arch is closely related to the span,inclination angle,and lateral pressure of the rock beam.The inclined rock beam undergoes ben-ding deformation under the fragmented swelling pressure of the separated rock mass inside the irregular arch.The"arch beam"anchoring bearing structure has a significant control effect on the asymmetric de-formation of the inclined roof.After optimizing the design,the maximum cumulative relative displace-ment of the top and bottom plates was 65 mm,and the maximum cumulative relative convergence of the two sides was 60 mm.The control effect of the top plate and two sides was good.
