摘要
Abstract
in this paper,high performance carbon fiber and silicon carbide composite ceramics were prepared by press filtration heat curing and reaction sintering using silicon carbide coated carbon fiber and silicon carbide powder as main raw materials.The preparation technology of CFRP and CFRP composite slurry and the factors influencing the strength of CFRP composite ceramics were studied.The properties of the materials were characterized by Archimedes density test,universal testing machine and SEM.The results show that when the thickness of the sic coating on the surface of the carbon fiber is 1~3 μm,the viscosity of the CFRP composite slurry is less than 0.628 Pa·s,and the sintering temperature is 1720℃,the density of the composite ceramics reaches 3.14 g/cm3,the bending strength is greater than 521 MPa.关键词
