为应对高稳定性要求以及复杂工况下电力供应的挑战,分析了电池管理系统在提升UPS系统整体性能与增强复杂环境适应性方面的关键作用.针对UPS的特点,设计并实现了一套高效可靠的直流UPS电池管理系统.该系统能对电流、电压、温度进行精确监测,实现电荷量的精准跟踪,同时具备过流保护和过温检测功能.它还实现了电池状态实时监控、荷电状态(State of Charge,SOC)估算、电池均衡控制以及故障报警与保护机制,确保了电池安全,延长了其使用寿命,达成了经济性与环保目标.

In order to meet the requirements of high stability and the challenges of power supply under complex working conditions,the key role of battery management system in improving the overall performance of UPS system and enhancing the adaptability of complex environment is analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics of UPS,an efficient and reliable DC UPS Battery Management System is designed and implemented.The system can accurately monitor the current,voltage and temperature,realize the accurate tracking of the charge quantity,and have the functions of overcurrent protection and overtemperature detection.It also realizes real-time monitoring of battery status,State of Charge(SOC)estimation,battery equalization control,fault alarm and protection mechanism,ensures battery safety,prolongs its service life,and achieves economic and environmental protection goals.
