Abstract
This paper introduces the design technical scheme of building a fully domestic master station controller from hardware to software based on Loongson 3A5000 processor.Based on LoongArch architecture,Xenomai 4 real-time kernel transplantation and performance test are carried out.The IGH EtherCAT master station architecture and master-slave station test environment are built to verify the real-time performance of EtherCAT master station under LoongArch architecture.Through comparison and data analysis,the feasibility of the application of Loongson architecture in industrial real-time controller is proved,and the design of self-controllable and fully domestic EtherCAT master station is finally completed.关键词
