Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer for Fluid Antenna System

Abstract
Fluid antenna(FA)is a promising wireless communication technology that achieves more favorable channel conditions by adjusting the antenna positions within a given region for the transmitting and receiving ends.This paper proposes a novel energy harvesting multiple-input single-output(MISO)simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)model under fluid antenna systems.In this model,a base station transmits identical signals to both information receiver(IR)and energy receiver(ER),realizing the SWIPT concept.The research goal is to maximize the communication rate of the IR by optimizing the positions of the transmitting and receiving fluid antennas and the covariance matrix of the transmitted signal under a given minimum energy harvesting threshold.Simulation results show that,compared with traditional fixed-position antennas,the fluid antenna system can effectively improve the information transmission rate.关键词
