230合金高温蠕变变形行为与本构模型研究
Study on creep deformation behavior and constitutive model of Alloy 230 at elevated temperature

Abstract
To investigate the creep deformation behavior and evolution of Alloy 230(UNS N06230)for ensuring the safe operation of high-temperature components in heat pipe reactors and aerospace applications,uniaxial creep tests were conducted under various temperatures and stress levels.The relationship between creep characteristics,temperature,and stress was analyzed,and a creep constitutive model was established based on the Kachanov-Rabotnov model and the θ projection method.Results indicate that the creep deformation behavior of Alloy 230 is strongly temperature-dependent.At 750℃,a distinct primary creep stage is observed,while at 900℃,the primary stage nearly disappears,and the creep curve is dominated by the secondary and tertiary stages.The Kachanov-Rabotnov creep damage constitutive model effectively describes the high-temperature creep behavior of Alloy 230.The results of the study can provide a reliable assurance for the long-term safe operation of elevated temperatures components using Alloy 230.关键词
