新型双钢板-混凝土LNG外罐静力性能分析
Static performance analysis of new double steel plate-concrete LNG outer tank
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the mechanical performance of a novel double steel plate-concrete composite LNG outer tank under various load combinations including gravity,prestressing,liquid pressure,live load,and internal gas pressure,a 160 000 m3 LNG outer tank was modeled using Abaqus.Eleven load combinations were applied to analyze the tank's behavior under static loads.Results indicate that the live load on the tank roof has minimal impact on the tank wall.Compared to traditional prestressed concrete LNG outer tanks,the novel double steel plate-concrete composite structure exhibits higher load-bearing capacity and superior performance under identical loads.The low-temperature environment enhances the concrete's load-bearing capacity and reduces wall displacement.Additionally,due to prestressing control,wall displacement gradually decreases as the leaked liquid level rises.The proposed double steel plate-concrete LNG tank demonstrates excellent safety and improves construction efficiency.关键词
