葛根黄酮微乳制备和应用的研究进展
Research Progress on the Preparation and Application of Microemulsion of Pueraria Lobata Flavonoids
摘要
Abstract
The flavonoids are the main active ingredients of Pueraria lobata,which have good therapeutic effects in vasodilatation and blood pres-sure lowering,but cannot be fully utilized due to their poor solubility.In recent years,microemulsion systems have received widespread attention for their ability to improve the solubility and bioavailability of Pueraria lobata flavonoid components.The application progress of puerarin fla-vonoid microemulsion was summarized.The preparation of puerarin microemulsion,puerarin daidzein microemulsion and puerarin total flavonoid microemulsion and their application in drug delivery system were introduced.Finally,the application and development prospect of pueraria fla-vonoids microemulsion were prospected,which provided reference for the development and application of pueraria flavonoids microemulsion.关键词
