摘要

Abstract

In order to enhance the hydrophilic and anti-pollution properties of PVDF membrane,SFZr-TiO2 nanotube/PVDF composite membrane was prepared by phase conversion method with FexZr1-x O2 solid superacid coated TiO2 nanotube particles(SFZr-TiO2 nanotube)as additive.The structure and surface hydrophilicity were characterized by SEM and droplet shape analyzer,and the antifouling performance was evaluated by oil-containing wastewater ultrafiltration method.The results show that when the mass doping ratio of SFZr-TiO2 nanotubes to PVDF particles is 10∶100,SFZr-TiO2 nanotubes are uniformly dispersed in PVDF membrane,the composite membrane has the largest porosity(72.62%)and the smallest water contact Angle(49.2°).Compared with pure PVDF membrane,the oil retention rate reached95.18%.Therefore,SFZr-TiO2 nano-tubes,as an effective additive,can significantly improve the hydrophilic properties of PVDF membranes.
