原油含水测量数据的实时处理技术研究

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of large processing delay,poor anti-interference ability and heavy data transmission load in the process of measuring water cut in crude oil,this study built a real-time processing framework based on edge computing.This framework uses high-precision ADC chips to collect data,combined with median filtering and Savitzky Golay filtering for preprocessing,and introduces dynamic com-pensation and adaptive algorithms to optimize system performance.The practical application at 20 oilfield measurement stations shows that the system achieves measurement accuracy of±1.5%and±1%respectively under high and low water cut conditions,with an average data pro-cessing delay of 8.7 ms and a compression ratio of 5.5∶1.The research results have effectively solved key problems in field applications,signifi-cantly improved measurement accuracy and system performance,and provided reliable technical support for real-time monitoring of water con-tent in oilfield production processes.关键词
