Integration of Scientific Research and Teaching in Comprehensive Experiment:Ultrasonic Extraction and Process Optimization of Total Flavonoids from Cinnamomum Camphora Leaves
摘要
Abstract
In order to construct the education mode of combining scientific research with talent training,and cultivate students'innovative litera-cy,teaching exploration and practice of comprehensive experiment of science and education integration was carried out in experimental teaching of chemical engineering specialty.Based on the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste and teachers'scientific research projects,the integrated experiment"ultrasonic extraction and process optimization of total flavonoids from Cinnamomum camphora leaves"was designed.The content of total flavonoids was determined by aluminum nitrate coloration and spectrophotometry.On the basis of single factor experiment,the ul-trasonic assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from cinnamomum camphora leaves was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The practice showed that students can better grasp the ultrasonic extraction process,the principle and detection process of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,data processing and result analysis.At the same time,it was helpful to enhance the cultivation of undergraduates'hands-on operation ability and sci-entific research literacy.The development of the comprehensive experiment improved college students'innovation and practice ability,enhance students'environmental protection awareness.关键词
