Experimental Teaching Design of Redox Reaction in Inorganic Chemistry:Taking"Quantitative Determination of Sulfur Dioxide in Wine"as an Example
摘要
Abstract
In order to further optimizing the content of inorganic chemistry experiment,on the basis of the integration of experimental teaching re-sources,the determination of SO2 content in wine was carried out using titration method based on oxidation-reduction reaction in this paper.Through practical teaching,it could not only cultivate students ability to actively explore and solve common problems in life by applying basic chemical principles,but also stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their application awareness.关键词
