能源数字化转型背景下科技人才培育路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Path of Scientific and Technological Talents in the Context of Digital Transformation of Energy

Abstract
As a major energy province,Shanxi faces the dual challenges of talent loss and shortage during the digital transformation of its energy sector.This paper addresses the inadequacies of Shanxi's current energy talent policies by conducting an in-depth analysis of talent loss in uni-versities and enterprises.Combining successful cases of domestic advanced talent introduction policies,it explores the paths for talent cultivation and introduction in Shanxi against the backdrop of energy digital transformation.Specific suggestions are put forward,including enhancing the at-tractiveness of talent introduction policies,implementing a foundational talent cultivation program,improving structural reforms and market mech-anisms,and innovating incentive measures.The aim is to provide effective talent support for Shanxi's energy digital transformation and contribute to the province's successful realization of energy transformation and development.关键词
