生态文明背景下资源环境类应用型人才育人模式探索
Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for Applied Professionals in Resource and Environmental Fields under the Background of Ecological Civilization

Abstract
In response to the problems of"industry education disconnect","weak ideological and political education",and"weak student inno-vation research and entrepreneurship competition ability"in the training mode of applied talents in resource and environmental fields,Moutai In-stitute had constructed and implemented a"one core,two wings,and four wheel drive"applied talent training mode for resource and environ-mental majors.Based on the construction of ecological civilization and serving the development of the brewing industry,leveraging the resource advantages of Maotai Group and the school's"school enterprise integration,industry education integration",with the cultivation of applied tal-ents as the"core",reforms had been implemented in curriculum design,talent cultivation plan formulation,and the connotation of practical ba-ses.The"dual wings"collaborative education of schools and enterprises had been deepened,forming a teaching reform measure of"four dimen-sional project-based approach"in the form of project implementation,value led infiltration into classrooms,industry practice deepening into en-terprises,innovative research feedback teaching,and subject competition development for students.This study has strengthened the cultivation of students'practical application ability,and constructed an effective applied talent cultivation model,providing reference for talent cultivation in the field of resources and environment.关键词
