Abstract
This paper analyzes the background and significance of the Scientific Research Training(SRT)program for college students in higher vocational colleges.It discusses the relationship between SRT and teachers'scientific research projects,emphasizing their interconnectedness.The paper provides a comprehensive examination of the fundamental concepts of the SRT program,the current state of higher vocational students'participation in SRT,including project selection and student-instructor matching,and the roles of instructors.Furthermore,it explores strategies for integrating SRT with scientific research projects and proposes methods for incorporating scientific research into teaching.The paper highlights the positive impact of combining the SRT program with scientific research initiatives and underscores the importance of the SRT program in talent development within the context of new engineering.Additionally,it outlines potential future research directions.关键词
