摘要

Abstract

The sand and gravel processing system in the lower reservoir of Jinyun Pumped Storage Power Station undertakes the production tasks of concrete aggregates,filter materials,cushion materials,etc.required for the project.The system has a large scale,complex production processes,and high quality requirements for finished aggregates.Based on the peak intensity of concrete construction,the production capacity of the sand and gravel processing system is determined.The paper provides a detailed introduction to the process flow of the sand and gravel processing system at Jinchu Power Station,the design of the sand making workshop and silo structure,as well as the layout and structural design of the belt conveyor.The overall system design is economically reasonable and meets the on-site production needs,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
