摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the TBM construction of a long-distance small section tunnel in a certain urban and rural water supply project as an example.The tunnel is 21.441km long,with an excavation section of 4.3m and a diameter of 3.2m after lining the circular section.Based on the characteristics of the tunnel and engineering geological conditions,this article focuses on the construction plan of long-distance small section tunnel TBM and the construction conditions that affect the smooth construction of TBM,mainly including internal and external transportation conditions,TBM equipment assembly service area,pipe prefabrication site conditions,power supply and water supply,waste disposal site,and TBM equipment dismantling site conditions.It further explores the adverse geological sections of TBM construction in this project and proposes corresponding countermeasures,aiming to provide technical reference and theoretical basis for improving construction quality and accelerating construction progress.关键词
