Abstract
The pressure of maintaining stability in Hotan area is high,and small and medium-sized river basins belong to ethnic minority settlements.Due to the weak flood control and disaster reduction facilities in small and medium-sized river basins,floods during the flood season cannot be effectively prevented and controlled,which puts enormous pressure on flood control along the river.Every year during the flood season,a large number of farmers and herdsmen need to work hard to cope with and resist floods,seriously affecting the agricultural economic production in irrigation areas.The paper summarizes the scale and tasks of small and medium-sized river management in Hotan area,and determines the construction plan and single kilometer investment.关键词
