小型防洪发电水库除险工程建设质量管控
Quality Control of Construction of Small-scale Risk Elimination Project for Flood Control and Power Generation Reservoirs

Abstract
The risk elimination construction of flood control and power generation reservoirs is a necessary measure to protect human activities and the ecological environment.It can not only improve the safety and functionality of reservoirs,but also ensure the sustainable development of society.The reinforcement project of Makengdu Reservoir in Boluo County has unsafe factors such as the current dam crest wave wall elevation not meeting the current regulatory requirements,the spillway side wall top elevation not meeting the discharge requirements,and leakage in the dam foundation.Therefore,this article conducts research on dam reinforcement and dam foundation anti-seepage treatment.A safety review was conducted on the anti sliding stability of the dam body and the elevation of the current spillway control section traffic bridge through calculation.The results showed that after risk elimination,reinforcement,and anti-seepage treatment,the elevation of the dam crest wave wall and the spillway side wall can meet the standard requirements,completely solving the problem of dam foundation leakage.关键词
