Abstract
Ruilijiang First level Hydropower Station(referred to as the"Power Station")is the first large-scale hydropower BOT project in China to"go global".Against the backdrop of complex international background,turbulent domestic political situation,slow development of power system,weak grid structure,frequent power grid failures,and lack of overseas operation and management experience of power stations in Myanmar,necessary analysis has been conducted on various internal and external risks during the operation of power stations through continuous exploration and practice,and corresponding measures have been elaborated to address the problems.关键词
