Abstract
Among various mechanical and electrical equipment in hydropower plants,oil filling equipment accounts for a large proportion.The types of oil used include insulation oil,turbine oil,hydraulic oil,gear oil,etc.,and the oil consumption is large.They mainly include 500 kV main transformers,upper guide bearings,thrust bearings,lower guide bearings,water guide bearings,inlet gate opening and closing machines,flood discharge gate opening and closing machines,gate machines,etc.The quality of oil directly affects the operation safety of the equipment and whether the output of the unit can be guaranteed.It also relates to the smooth opening of gates and the safe and stable operation of the power system during flood season when flood discharge is required.Therefore,it is particularly important to correctly adopt chemical supervision techniques to supervise and manage various types of oil quality in hydropower plants.关键词
