Abstract
Taking the second phase of the Yunnan Central Water Diversion Project as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of construction safety management in water conservancy projects.Based on the actual situation,several countermeasures and suggestions for safety management are elaborated from multiple aspects and perspectives,such as prevention first,system establishment,system improvement,and strengthening supervision.It effectively achieves the goal of sounding the alarm in ideology,strict and effective in system,strong and powerful in technology,strict and meticulous in supervision and management,and serious and serious in handling accidents,and comprehensively strengthens the management of construction production safety.关键词
