酒蒸对地黄化学成分及"补肾阴"作用的影响及其机制研究
Research on the Influence and Mechanism of Steaming with Wine on the Chemical Components of Rehmannia Glutinosa Libosch.and its Effect of"Nourishing Kidney Yin"

Abstract
Objective:To explore the processing mechanism of strengthening kidney-Yin effect of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.steaming with wine,the changes of chemical constituents and pharmacodynamic effects were compared.Meth-ods:The UPLC-MS/MS was used to compare the contents of main active ingredients in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.before and after steaming.The model of kidney Yin deficiency was created by administration of thyroxine in rats.The serum levels of CORT,ACTH,T3,T4,TSH,TRH,T,E2,cGMP and cAMP in the model animals were compared be-tween Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.before and after steaming.Results:The contents of iridoid glycosides and phenyle-thanol glycosides in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.decreased significantly after steaming.The content of hydrothreose decreased,while the content of mannotriose and meliobiose increased after steaming.The adjustment of hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis(HPT)and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis(HPA)in model animals was enhanced in Radix Rehmannia before and after steaming.Conclusion:The contents of iridoid glycosides,phenylethanol glycosides and sug-ar were changed in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.before and after steaming,the adjustment effect of hypothalamic-pi-tuitary-thyroid axis(HPT)and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis(HPA)was enhanced in Rehmannia glutinosa Li-bosch.before and after steaming,which enhance the therapeutic effect in kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.关键词
