四神丸对肠炎相关性结直肠癌治疗作用实验研究
Experimental Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Sishen Pill on Colitis Related Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Sishen Pill(SSP)on colitis associated colorectal cancer(CAC)in mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,SSP(high,medium and low)dose group and positive group.Except for the normal group,the remaining mice were injected with AOM.The normal group mice were given normal water,while the other groups of mice drank 2.5％DSS for 7 days.Then,normal water was used for 14 days,with a cycle of 3 weeks and repeated 4 times.Starting from the 1st day of modeling,SSp was administered by gavage,and at the 16th week of the experiment,the colon length,colon mass,tumor size,disease activity index(DAI)score,methylene blue staining were used to measure the number of aberrant crypt foci(ACF)in the colon of mice in each group,and HE staining was used to observe pathological changes in the colon tissue.Results:SSP could significantly improve the survival rate,improve the rate of tumor suppression,decrease the DAI score,reduce the ACF number and restore the colon length(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The pathological section shows that atypical hy-perplasia and inflammatory infiltration were significantly reduced after SSP administration.Conclusion:SSP has a sig-nificant preventive and therapeutic effect on CAC mice.关键词
