骨碎补总黄酮纳米混悬液制备及其生物利用度研究
Study on the Preparation of Total Flavonoids Nanosuspension of Broken Bone Supplement and its Bioavailability

Abstract
Objective:The preparation of total flavonoid nano-suspensions of bone distillate using ultrasonic extraction,rotary evaporation,and high-pressure homogenization methods was conducted to investigate its bioavailability in rats.Methods:12 rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 6 rats in the bone distillate total flavonoid suspension group and 6 rats in the bone distillate total flavonoid nano-suspension group,with an equal distribution of male and female rats in each group.Bone distillate total flavonoids were extracted using ultrasound-alcohol extraction method,and"nano-crystal"technology was employed to prepare bone distillate total flavonoid nano-suspensions.The rats were adminis-tered orally,and the blood drug concentration-time distribution characteristics of bone distillate total flavonoids in the rats were determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:After gastric administration of equidose bone distillate total flavonoid suspension and bone distillate total flavonoid nano-suspension(1.2g/kg)to rats,the blood drug concentration-time curves of bone distillate total flavonoids in plasma displayed a bimodal pattern.The bioavailability of bone distillate total flavonoid nano-suspension group was significantly higher than that of the bone distillate total flavonoid suspension group after 24 hours of administration(P<0.05).The bioavailability of the maxi-mum blood concentration Cmax of bone distillate total flavonoids in the nano-suspension group increased by 3.03 times during the 0-24h period,with a total relative bioavailability of 149.00%compared to the bone distillate total flavonoid suspension group.Conclusion:The bone distillate total flavonoid nano-suspension significantly enhances the oral bio-availability of bone distillate total flavonoids.关键词
