代煎中药汤剂稳定性研究
Study on the Stability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the stability of 3 decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine to ensure the storage quality of decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:selecte 3 prescriptions commonly used in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,Siwu Decoction(A formula),Dachengqi Decoction(B formula)and Qinghao Biejia De-coction(C formula),The decoction was stored at cold storage,cool place and normal temperature.The microorganisms,solid rate,pH value,relative density and the contents of ferulic acid,rehmannioside,paeoniflorin,synephrine,rhein and aloe-emodin,naringin,mangiferin,scopoletin and paeonol were detected on 1,7,14,21,42 days.Results:Compared with the first day,there was no significant change in the microorganisms and relative density after 42 days of storage(P>0.05).The solid rate and pH value showed significant changes as early as 14 days(P<0.05).The stability of different contents was significantly different,and there was a significant change as early as 7 days of storage(P<0.05).Con-clusion:The above decoction of traditional Chinese medicine has the best stability in cold storage,and it is suitable for cold storage within 14 days.关键词
