康复新液治疗小儿湿疹中医外治机制探析:基于皮肤微生态
Exploring the TCM External Treatment Mechanism of Kangfuxin Solution in Treating Children with Eczema Based on Skin Microecology

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between childhood eczema and skin flora and the effect of the Kang-fuxin solution on eczema and skin flora,and to explore the microecological mechanism of TCM external treatment.Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted to select 53 healthy children and 154 children with eczema.Randomly divide children with eczema into groups A,B,and C.Three groups were treated respectively with Kangfuxin solution,hydrocortisone butyrate cream,and combination therapy,Using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing tech-nology to determine the changes in skin microbiota before and after treatment in healthy children and group A,and comparing the treatment efficacy of the three groups.Results:Compared with healthy children,the skin flora diversity of children with eczema was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and Firmicutes species increased at the phylum level.At the genus level,Staphylococcus,Streptococcus and Rothella were significantly increased.After treatment with the Kangfuxin solution,the abundance and diversity of the skin flora were higher than before the treatment(P<0.05),the level of Staphylococcus was significantly reduced,and the abundance of the flora after the treatment was more similar to that of healthy children.Clinical efficacy of group A was better than group B(P<0.05);Conclusion:Skin flora disor-der can lead to the onset of eczema,Kangfuxin solution has a regulatory effect on the dominant microbiota of children's skin,and eczema can be treated by improving the flora structure.关键词
