摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the situation of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after the implementation of DRG payment reform in a tertiary tuberculosis designated hospital in Guangxi,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guangxi.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was used to screen the data of hospitalized patients from 2018 to 2023 in a designated hospital for pulmonary tuberculosis in Guangxi.The influence of DRG payment management on the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis was analyzed from the trend of the number of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,the age of patients,the distribution area,the average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization expenses.Results Before the DRG reform,the average hospitalization days of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 15.48 days,with an average annual growth rate of 0.42%;the average hospitalization expenses were 17 830.42 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of 3.39%;among them,the average hospitalization cost of the surgical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was 23 163.28 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of 7.59%;the average hospitalization cost of the medical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was 12 497.57,with an average annual growth rate of 1.25%.After the reform,the average hospitalization days of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 13.38 days,with an average annual growth rate of-1.98%;the average hospitalization cost was 12 379.59 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of-13.52%;the average hospitalization cost of the surgical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was 13 358.09 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of-20.32%;the average hospitalization cost of the pulmonary tuberculosis medical treatment group was 11 401.08 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of 6.25%.Conclusion After the DRG payment reform,the average hospitalization days has decreased,the efficiency of medical services has improved,the average hospitalization expense has decreased,and the cost control effect is significant.DRG payment reform has no significant effect on the age distribution and source of patients.关键词
