Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the original high-value consumables supply chain management in the hospital,expounds the significance of building a high-value medical consumable SPD intelligent supply chain management system,introduces the specific content of SPD system construction in detail,including software system,information database,data center construction,etc.,analyzes the organizational structure and advantages of SPD operation,and expounds the specific operation practice and business process of the system in the fine management of high-value medical consumables.The management mode of high-value consumables with one code and four codes is analyzed,and the operation indexes before and after the implementation of SPD system are compared.The practical effects of the system practice are summarized in order to provide reference for the supply chain management of high-value medical consumable in hospitals.关键词
