Abstract
Objective To understand the characteristics of cervical cancer in Yinchuan by analyzing the results of cervical cancer screening,and to provide strategies for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in Yinchuan.Methods A total of 25 564 rural women who underwent cervical cancer screening in Yinchuan area from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects.High-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)gene detection was used as the primary screening to investigate HPV16 and 18 positive,and other types of HPV positive and cytology≥ASCUS referral colposcopy and colposcopy biopsy were analyzed.Results A total of 25 564 people were screened in Yinchuan area,and the overall positive rate of high-risk HPV infection was 13.00%,and the detection rate of the other 12 high-risk types was higher than that of HPV16 and 18 high-risk types(P<0.05),the detection rate of high-grade lesions was higher than that of the other 12 high-risk types,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the detection rate of cervical cancer was higher than that of the other 12 high-risk types,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of liquid-based cytology increased,and the pathological positivity rate increased(P<0.05).The detection rate of low-grade lesions was 2.52%,that of high-grade lesions was 0.42%,and detection rate of cervical cancer was 0.012%.There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate of low-grade lesions and high-grade lesions among the counties(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the population of cervical cancer screening for rural women in Yinchuan area,the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesions is higher with HPV as the primary screening and TCT as the triage.关键词
