RPH术对直肠前突所致出口梗阻型便秘患者临床疗效和心理状况的影响
Effect of RPH on Clinical Efficacy and Psychological Status of Patients with Outlet Obstructive Constipation Caused by Rectocele

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)on the clinical efficacy and psychological status of patients with outlet obstructive constipation(OOC)caused by rectocele.Methods A total of 76 patients with OOC admitted to Ganxian District People's Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group(38 patients)and study group(38 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with transrectal incision and protrusion repair,while the study group was treated with RPH.The clinical efficacy,operation related indexes(operation time,first defecation time after operation,hospitalization time after operation,wound healing time),defecation,psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)]and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate was 78.95%,and the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher,reaching 94.74%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative first defecation time,postoperative hospitalization time and wound healing time of the study group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,the postoperative defecation and SAS scores of the two groups had improved,and compared with the control group,the postoperative defecation and SAS scores of the study group were better(P<0.05).Compared with 23.68%of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower,which was 5.26%(P<0.05).Conclusion RPH has a definite therapeutic effect on OOC patients caused by rectovaginal protrusion.It has short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery and few postoperative complications.Meanwhile,it can effectively improve the defecation function of patients and alleviate their bad mood.关键词
