中医浮针治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛程度及中医症状积分的影响
Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Floating Needle Therapy on Pain Degree and TCM Symptom Score in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine floating needle therapy on pain degree and TCM symptom score in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods Using random number table method,a total of 96 patients with CSR admitted to Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Tianjin Beichen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group(48 patients)and floating needle group(48 patients).The control group was treated with conventional cervical traction,and the floating needle group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine floating needle on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),pain intensity simple description scale(VRS)],TCM symptom score(neck and shoulder discomfort,upper limb numbness,activity limitation),cervical spine function[cervical spine JOA score,Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Evaluation Scale(CASCS)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the floating needle group(97.92%)was higher than that of the control group(85.42%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS score,VRS score and TCM symptoms(neck and shoulder discomfort,upper limb numbness,activity limitation)in the floating needle group were lower,the JOA score and CASCS score were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine floating needle therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of CSR,improve the pain and TCM symptoms of patients,and is conducive to the recovery of cervical spine function.关键词
