Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of oral Jiegu Qili tablets combined with manipulative reduction and plaster splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods Using the random number table method,totally 48 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Luxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to November 2023 were divided into control group and study group,with 24 patients in each group.The control group was only given oral treatment of Jiegu Qili tablets,and the study group was treated with manual reduction and plaster splint external fixation on this basis.The clinical effects,healing(appearance time of exogenous callus,disappearance time of fracture line,radius shortening),wrist function(grip strength,range of motion,pain degree,dysfunction),wrist activity(pronation,supination,dorsiflexion,palmar flexion,deflection),quality of life(social function,physiological state,emotional role,life will,psychological state)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 70.83%of the total effective rate of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,reaching 95.83%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the appearance time of exogenous callus,the disappearance time of fracture line and the shortening of radius in the study group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of grip strength,range of motion,pain degree and dysfunction of the two groups increased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the average grip strength,range of motion,pain degree and dysfunction score of the study group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the pronation,supination,dorsiflexion,palmar flexion and radial deviation of the two groups increased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the pronation,supination,dorsiflexion,palmar flexion and radial deviation of the study group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of social function,physiological status,emotional role,life will and psychological state of the two groups increased after treatment,and compared with the control group,the scores of social function,physiological status,emotional role,life will and psychological state of the study group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiegu Qili tablets combined with manipulative reduction and plaster splint external fixation is effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures,which can accelerate fracture healing,improve wrist function and quality of life,and increase joint mobility.关键词
