Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of blood routine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)test on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection. Methods A total of 70 children with MP admitted to Yifeng County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were set as MP group.According to the severity of symptoms, they were divided into mild group(46 children)and severe group(24 children). In addition,50 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.Blood routine[white blood cell count(WBC)]and hs-CRP test were carried out.The levels of WBC and hs-CRP in MP group and healthy group, mild group and severe group were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of WBC and hs-CRP alone and combined detection for MP infection was analyzed. Results Compared with the healthy group, the levels of WBC and hs-CRP in the MP group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the mild group, the levels of WBC and hs-CRP in the severe group were higher(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of WBC and hs-CRP for MP infection were higher than those of single detection of WBC and hs-CRP(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood routine WBC parameters and hs-CRP indicators have certain test value in the screening of MP infection in children, and the combined test has better diagnostic efficacy.关键词
